Mike Dempsey is a musician from Pennsylvania who has been playing music since the age of five. Learning how to read music from his mother, he still applies the same rudimentary and fundamental techniques to his teaching. He enjoys a career of performing music, touring professionally with Yam Yam, while also playing piano and guitar locally in Harrisburg and across the country.

Currently I specialize in singing and working on my guitar chops to bring more life to my shoes. What I’m most proud of is having a support system who encourages me to chase this dream. My wife has been an inspiration in almost all of my writing and is chasing my dream with me. I think what’s sets me apart from others is I’m not just chasing this dream for myself. I want to be successful with my writing and performing because I want to give my family a life that I didn’t have growing up. I want them to experience a yearly trip to the beach or for my future children to do all the extra curricular they want to do. I want to give my family the best life I possibly can and that’s what drives me.
